It has been a while since I posted anything to the page, but it doesn’t mean I haven’t been sewing. Actually, I have sewn quite a bit!
But it’s baseball season, and the schedule has got me straight up confused on which day of the week it is😂😂😂.
Now that we are down to a week before championships, I’m hoping to get back to the more regular-ish posting! But look at my boy…
So since it’s been a bit, I am going to post my favorite make of the last few weeks.
This cap both challenged and stretched me Apple and Fig Street Kred Trucker Hat. I found the instructions very clear and easy to follow, but found my machine likes to be tempermental with foam😂. And I went ahead and made the adult version but after he put it on, I realized we could have gone with the large, but that’s ok Baby Bear will get tons of wear out of it! I became aware of the pattern because of a sew along in the Rockerbye Destash BST Facebook page, and had they not offered it, I probably would not be bold enough to try this, especially with strike off fabrics.
Speaking of strike offs, the fabrics are a current preorder from Run Amok Fabric and like always the big boy picked his fabric blocking and placement.
